Family Constellations: Mentoring Plus

A 9 month, 20-hour online course (live)
October 2023–June 2024

Finding your way in the field can be difficult. Hidden loyalties in the facilitator's family system, past trauma, or fear activated by the client's system can leave her immobilized, frustrated, alone, and adrift without a compass.

This ONLINE course is designed for those who have been trained and are actively facilitating constellations online, in live groups, or with individuals online or live. I am looking for a committed group of at most 10 facilitators per group who would travel the next months together and meet once a month for nine months: October 2023-June 2024.

Consider this course as a laboratory. We will explore and experiment. Learn to stay present to things being open ended and unfinished.

There are two options to satisfy time zone concerns. The groups will all be in EST, New York time. Please check your time zone.

Options:

Tuesdays: 5:00-7:00 a.m. (New York/EST) –or–
Wednesdays: 5:00-7:00 p.m. (New York/EST)

You must choose one of the options! We will meet once a month for two hours, except for the first and last session, which will be 3 hours. The first meetings will be Tuesday, October 17 and Wednesday, October 18. At our first meetings we will decide on the Tuesday and Wednesday for the following months.

The format is as follows:

• Discussion of the Constellation work, benefits, and challenges in the field

• Personal issues or challenges as a facilitator

• Case presentation

• Individual Constellations facilitated by colleagues under my supervision

• Using Constellations for Supervision

Tuition: $900 for the 9-month, 20-hour course.
Tuition is paid in three installments of $300: Upon registering, Dec. 10 and Feb. 10, 2024.
