Unresolved issues from the past can cause the heart to shut down. If left unattended, this disruption in the flow of love—quietly carried across generations—ripples through the family landscape, often emerging as illness, emotional difficulties, and broken relationships.
Family Constellations is a unique and experiential approach to change and healing. It acts as a living map, allowing us to see the hidden dynamics shaping our suffering and the unconscious loyalties we carry toward those who came before us. Through gentle exploration and embodied presence, we can uncover the deeper movements within the system—old burdens, forgotten tragedies, and interrupted love. In this workshop, we will slow down and listen to what has been waiting to be seen. The process can touch us on a profound energetic level, often opening the door to transformation within ourselves and in the lives of those connected to us. The work is not about catharsis or reliving the past; it is about restoring order, belonging, and the natural flow of love.
