Ah, the holidays. A time for gratitude, family togetherness… and finding yourself back in the same chair you sat in when you were 8, complete with the same unfinished wounds, unspoken rules, and familiar tensions. And before you know it, you’re carving yourself up at the table—judging, shrinking, defending, rehearsing old roles—while smiling politely and asking someone to pass the gravy.
In this workshop, we’ll use the lens of Family Constellations to explore the invisible loyalties, unresolved hurts, and ancestral patterns that surface—mainly when everyone’s gathered around. With humor, compassion, and depth, we’ll create space to untangle what really belongs to us (and what doesn’t), so that you can sit at the table with more presence, freedom, and maybe even a little joy.
Because let’s face it—Thanksgiving shouldn’t feel like a rerun of your childhood.
